About the Arist
I'm Kaitlyn Elessar, an autistic and disabled artist living in Oklahoma. I get a lot of my inspiration from nature and how I see the world. Nature, animals, and bright colors have all brought me a lot of joy to my life.
I've always had a vivid imagination so art came naturually to me.
I've spent over fifteen years focusing on honing my skills. I think of myself as a jack of all trades when it comes to art. I enjoy many different art forms and have taught myself how to use several digital art programs as well. My personal favorites are procreate and affinity designer.
I also enjoy embroidery, jewelry making, acrylic painting, mixed media, découpage, colored pencil, polymer clay, and more! I gravitated to digital art because it's more physically accessible for me on bad pain days. It provides me with an outlet and I really love to lose myself in art.
I hope you also enjoy these things that have brought me a lot of joy and peace to make.
